After Bryce's father hired the lawyer, he was given immediate plausible deniability.
Bryce's mother flew in from Florida. Pic to the left in blue outfit. Bryce's father was living in San Antonio with his wife Patricia Rerisi Vandergrift, Dave l Vandergrift with defense lawyer Cantrell and Bryce.

Bryce was the youngest in the court room. He was taller than anyone in the room. He had just turned 15 years old. 9 9 1994, Bryce's brother Brett Ryan Vandergrift is about nine years older than his little brother.

Bryce had just turned 15, not 16 and Mr. Cantu was shot once (see ORIGINAL autopsy report)  not three times, and by his own son Nicholas Cantu 01658805. That's in police report.

He wanted to plead not guilty but adults changed that.





Many facts were not revealed. Facts that prove another was the planner, mastermind and shooter BUT Bryce was set up to take the fall for it all!




Other health impaired. Covered by disability act.
Strong mother son bond




Many went along with the new narrative. The case was rewritten.






One of the things his father did that greatly contributed to bryce being wide open to manipulation.
 The school wanted to retain our son in eigth grade. Bryce's father appeals it and also checks box to remove all safeguards... That have been in place since kindergarten. Why would a person do this? He broke the law of our divorce decree, joint custody,  shared parental rights
 And he and other's broke the laws of protection under American's with Disabilities Act. I have our sons full educational history.




I think CHILDREN ARE DEEMED ADULTS so they can be given longer sentences and that the funds received for an adult is the higher amount. I also think children and adults that have mental illness are preferred. Why? because they generally get more time while incarcerated. - Much of the time mental illness is considered a behavior problem. - Example, my son is deeply depressed, and afraid. - He wasn’t taking showers or going to group meets. He has schizophrenia and is DEEPLY DEPRESSED! THE SHOWER IS ANOTHER PLACE THAT RAPES HAPPEN. - These behaviors are looked upon as being negative attitude and refusal of sorts. A mentally ill person is laying in the bed crying for their mom! I used to believe we were the greatest nation on earth… I don’t even want to live on this planet anymore, but my son needs me. - What is it that my son and I are missing that is keeping us from getting help?
